During this early stage, Fusion Infotech will concentrate on building the fundamental support framework. This phase’s primary areas of attention should be:

*Deciding which assistance consultants to use and where to put them depending on how important the task is. Inquire about the client’s nomination for the team leader of each module and the overall project manager.

*To prepare the ticketing tool.

*To provide end users with training on the ticketing tool.

*To guarantee uninterrupted communication between the client office and the Fusion Infotech office.

Fusion Infotech does keep the track of the support by Ticketing system. below mentioned are policies including ticketing system.

*Users of the Client must submit a ticket using our support site with all relevant information, including the level of severity the user deems appropriate.

*The Helpdesk at Fusion Infotech will review the ticket. If there is a difference of opinion on the ticket’s severity, our Helpdesk will contact the user and, based on their agreement, the ticket’s severity will be decided.

*Our module consultant will reply with the first round of feedback based on the SLA.

*If the consultant requests further data from the user, the support portal ticket for that request should be updated. The user’s promptness in responding to the consultant’s question determines the overall resolution time.

*The ticket will be closed on the support portal and tracked through a separate SCR (Scope Change Request) route if the ticket requires further scope modification and has to be routed through the scope change route after the necessary effort and commercials for the same have been completed.
