Navana LPG

A fully owned subsidiary of the Navana Group is Navana LPG. In order to meet the rising demand for LPG in the nation, Navana LPG intends to offer cutting-edge eco-energy. Navana LPG’s main attributes include a fully automated cylinder production facility, a state-of-the-art import terminal and bottling factory, the largest storage capacity at a single location, and mounded storage tanks for increased safety.

The implemented was done by IBCS Primax . Fusion Infotech did provide annual maintaince for the solution contract for two years . During the period of the scope for technical and functional are listed below

The functional team must handle the following situations as part of the support functionality. The SLA’s terms and conditions must be followed when realizing the project. Change requests will be used to handle any situation that requires the extension of functionality beyond those that have been configured in the system (to be agreed upon by both Client and Fusion Infotech).below scope for functional included

*Incident Management, first

*Fixing bugs.

*any custom object’s modification.

*keeping up with custom transactions and reports Knowledge Exchange.

*Requests for moving transport, assignments for users and profiles, etc.

*Client copy / reloading frequently.

*patch administration.
